All of these are important. But if everyone offers them, do they really set anyone apart? At Texas Dental Arts, you will find all these options and more. However, this isn’t what makes us different. Rather, we place our emphasis on the overall patient experience. Because as with most service-based businesses, it all comes down to customer service.
What Customer Service Means to Us
When it comes to customer service in dentistry, we believe every patient has the right to be heard, and the right to be presented with all viable options. No one should ever leave an appointment without an understanding of what they need, and the best ways to go about getting them there. Dr. Unger is known for his patience, and for thoroughly explaining all options, why certain options may be better than others, and answering all questions.
We also believe everyone has the right to a second opinion. We do not charge for them because we know all medical procedures are expensive, and most dental expenses—outside of routine care—already create a burden on the patient. Getting information should not.
Finally, every patient should feel comfortable in the office. We work hard to create a welcoming environment, to greet each patient by name, and to provide an overall experience that puts everyone at ease.
